I am taking my first steps with Marvelous Designer for creating clothing for characters. Am currently working on a star wars hangar scene that I need to populate with characters to bring it to life. So this project is only to test the workflow from MD into rendering (here into Blender with Cycles engine). No retopo, no stitching (e.g. via normal map baking) and no compositing done - just a simple test for viability of animated cloth sim into a still frame filling BG character (will replace avatar with a real character later as well). So far I am pretty impressed with how easy it is to create this - am sure you get away with putting this into the background of a larger scene - certainly not as a main character model, though.
